The Angels Kiss

Ingredients

7mls of Creme de Cacao
7mls of Sloe Gin
7mls of Brandy
Whipped cream

Method

The Angels Kiss is a layered cocktail, and no mixing is involved. Carefully layer the ingredients in the following order – Crème de Cacao, Crème de Yvette, Brandy and top with whipped cream. Decorate with a cherry or grated chocolate if desired.

Coconut Kiss

Ingredients

90mls coconut milk
90mls pineapple juice
60mls Malibu rum
Ice Cubes

Method

Combine all ingredients with ice and use a blender to mix. Use something tropical for decoration such as a wedge of pineapple and an umbrella.

Soul Kiss

Ingredients

20mls of Dry Vermouth
20mls Bourban
1 1/2 tsp of French Vermouth
1 1/2 tsp of Orange Juice
Ice cubes

Method

Use a cocktail shaker to combine all ingredients together. Strain into a cocktail glass and add desired garnish and a straw to serve.

A Kiss on the Lips

Ingredients

60mls of Bourbon
175mls of Apricot Nectar
Ice Cubes

Method

Use a cocktail shaker to gently combine ingredients. Pour into a cocktail glass, add a straw and garnish to serve.

A Whisper of a Kiss

Ingredients

40mls of Bourbon
20mls of Apricot Liqueur
1/2 tsp of Lemon Juice
1 tsp of Grenadine
Ice Cubes

Method

Mix together all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Serve in a cocktail glass with a straw, and add a slice of lemon, strawberry or apricot as decoration.

Jump Up and Kiss Me

Ingredients

29mls of Light Rum
8mls of Dark Rum
8mls of Galliano
60mls of Orange Juice
60mls of Lemon Juice
60mls of Pineapple Juice
Ice Cubes

Method

Use a cocktail shaker or blender to mix ingredients. Pour into a tall glass; add a straw and a slice of orange, strawberry or pineapple to serve.
