Melbourne-based fashion label Travisty has announced NRL superstar and 2008 International Rugby League Player of the Year, Billy Slater, as its new Brand Ambassador and face of their current winter collection.

Travisty’s winter collection offers an extensive range of vintage hoodies, jackets and denim staples as well as its notorious bold tee-shirts.

This season the collection features comfortable raw edge designs with strong movie flavor themes and classic original prints.

Billy Slater is the face of the winter campaign and upcoming summer 08/09 campaign. Slater will feature on all advertising materials as well as running promotions for the company throughout the year.

Queensland born Slater, An Australian international and Queensland State of Origin representative fullback has been wearing Travisty for years and is thrilled to be working with his favorite brand.

“The boys at Travisty are always changing the designs and coming up with new ideas. I definitely have a couple of favorites each year but nothing beats there tees and hoodies. They’re great to wear to and from training, around the house and out on weekends,” says Slater.
